Worn correctly and daily the Stretch&Go® Belt Belt can eliminate the back pain ruining your life. It works on three levels:
Daily Usage
Wear the belt initially for 30-60 minutes, once you are comfortable using the belt then you can extend the time worn each day. It may take a bit of time to get used to. To get maximum benefit wear for at least one hour each day. If you have chronic back pain, use for an hour three to four times a day. Use for at least one month. It is important to be patient and listen to your body, everyone is different, it may take longer to feel the full effects.
1. Place the belt between the lower rib cage and hip, either under your clothes or over tight-fitting clothes.
2. There is a tummy EXTENDER Velcro Strip enclosed if needed to make the belt longer for larger waists. Attach one end of the Stretch&Go® Belt
Belt to the EXTENDER then wrap the belt around your waist and attach it to the other end of the EXTENDER. Once securely in place
you can then inflate the belt.
3. Secure belt around waist. Straight away your back will feel supported.
Inflating the Belt
To inflate the belt push the valve firmly into the pump and lift up the lever on the back of the pump.
The valve should now be secured into place.
5. Inflate the belt using the pump; right away you will start to see it expanding, and you will instantly
feel more upright. Do not pump more than 22 times as over-inflating can damage the belt.
6. When inflating do not cover the air hole at the base of the pump as you will not be able to pump it fully.
7. Pumping will expand Stretch&Go® Belt Belt by 7cm, increasing it from 13cm to 20cm, this will allow your spine
to decompress. It will help lift your lumbar and unload the weight off your lower back allowing your muscles to relax.
8. Once inflated push down the lever at the back of the pump and pull out the valve; carry on with your day, walking,
sitting, even driving.
9. Worn for hours, the Stretch&Go® Belt Belt increases the distance between your vertebrae, allowing your discs to
regenerate. It also puts an end to the pinching of the spinal nerve that cause sciatica and lower back pain.
Deflating and removing the belt
10.Deflate the Stretch&Go® Belt Belt by unscrewing the valve. Once the belt is deflated re-tighten the valve. The StretchANDGo® Belt can now be easily removed.
