Delivery

We process orders as quickly as possible and post them using Royal Mail, so you should receive your order within a week of ordering depending on how you place your order, but do please allow up to 21 days. Your credit card will be charged at point of purchasing and your 90 day period to try the product starts when you receive your goods.

Returns and Refunds

We want all our customers to be happy, but we also understand that sometimes you may want to return an item for a refund. In order to make this as easy as possible for you, we have extended the statutory cancellation period from 14 to 90 days, so you have plenty of time and don’t feel pressured into returning an item before you have fully tried it out. We also suggest that if you have any questions or any problems with a product please call our Customer Care line on 0800 138 4900.

If you do need to return a product for a refund, please post it to the following address within 90 days of receiving your order, don’t forget to include your name, address and phone number. Original postage and packaging cost not included and the cost of returning the item is your responsibility. All returns are subject to a £2.95 processing fee.
